8- Week Weight Loss Challenge

Join us on an 8-week journey exploring how we can make small conscious changes to our lifestyle that will result in a beneficial change to our health.

Our 8 – week challenge consists of a 1½ hour nutrition talk led by the Registered Dietician, followed by a calorie burning exercise session. Join us at the Fitness Fort for the biggest loser.

Pilates and Pilates Intense

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a body conditioning exercise that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance throughout the whole body. It focuses on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, coordination, and developing a strong core and balance. Pilates improves muscle tone, balance, correct posture. It is extremely useful in injuries.

Pilates Intense

The newest member to the Victory Park fitness and wellness centre is Pilates Intense (PI).

PI is a combination of Pilates movements with intermittent cardio activities.

PI assists with weight-loss and burning of calories in a safe environment.

PI is currently on a Thursday evening at 5pm for 50 minutes.
