Chantal is a Registered Dietician (SA), she qualified from the North West University – Potchefstroom Campus with a BSc. Dietetics and MSc. Dietetics.Chantal Started her nutrition career at the Johannesburg Hospital covering numerous departments including Paediatric Nutrition, Diabetes, Weight-loss, Gastro-Intestinal disease and Renal nutrition.Chantal then went to the United Kingdom and worked in a private hospital in Manchester and then an NHS hospital in Kent where she gained a great amount of international experience.
Chantal then moved to California, United States to work as a nutritionist for children and adults in a weight-loss setting.
Chantal is passionate about nutrition and the impact that the small changes that we make in our diets make in our lives.
She believes each of us have individual requirements and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to our dietary intake.
Chantal is also a Pilates and Pilates Intense Instructor and encourages exercise as a supplement to any eating plan.
She also loves to run, cycle and any outdoor activity.
